I need a quick answer, these were given to me by my mother in law and she doesn’t know if they are chewable or if you sallow them? I know they are expired but I am desperate.

Did they work for you? I took expired lactaid pills a few months after expiration and they didn’t do shit for me

Pizza and cheese bread. I am very newly lactose intolerant and I am missing all the cheese.

Oh goodness. Did the tablets work for you? Just so you know, most of those tablets indicate to take one or two with your first bite of dairy. They work pretty well for me... but I generally never eat cheese. I usually take them when I think there may be hidden dairy in food at a restaurant, like lemon pepper wings usually have butter smh.

You have to take them after the first bite of food otherwise they don’t really work
Sometimes I'm jealous of lactose Iintolerant people, but posts like this remind me that somehow, my life is probably easier being allergic to casein and whey.
Full avoidance is so much easier, and safer for my digestive tract. But, I’ve been allergic my whole life so I don’t miss it the way lactose intolerant people do.

Same. I’ve been allergic my whole life but my brother is only intolerant. Not that bad even. He’ll eat a whole pizza and just fart away all night while I’m stuck with my tomato sauce bread.

Either. They just taste like powdered milk when you chew them.
These are chewable, but they make pills. I’m sure you can swallow them too they are a simple medication.
NAD. You might want to take more than the suggested dose as with it being expired the potency has probably decreased somewhat. I don’t mean take a handful. If the dosage is to take 1 or 2, take 3.
