Can somebody tell me why 90% of pizzas/pizza places in the city uses the same kind of dough,
Are they ordering all from the same catalog or is nobody making their own unique dough ?
Edit *I grew up eating new york , Chicago and grandma style pizzas.
You’ve probably only been to Turkish owned pizza places. They are all over the city and have been for decades. If you want really good pizza with a unique dough try one of these instead:

Neighbourhood

Luca
