I dunno man
Maybe fiddle around with your z offset
Z offset definitely too close to the bed. Raise it in small increments and watch the next few lines lay down. Make another small change and watch the next few lines. I like to use a 60x60mm square 0.2mm thick for first payer tests. Makes it very easy to see what's going on. Slow first layer down too. Just while getting things figured out try 20mms. Once you nail the offset you can raise the speed. I print at 120-150mms and I still run my first layer at 30mms to be safe. My first layers are like printing a sheet of paper and they stick perfectly.
Also, slower speed on first layer or two.
Z offset to low. Raise the Z! RISE Z Rise!
