For those who use the Speedpass+ app, there was a recent update at the end of November. I have to create a new account on the new app and wait till the end of the year to integrate my old account information. However, I have a lot of gift card credit on my old account and I can’t use them till next year so they say.

I called customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it. I am not sure what to do as I need those gift card credits to fill up the tank.

I’m not sure if it is worth getting a lawyer to subpoena the information as I don’t think this is right at all. You can’t freeze someone’s funds for non legitimate reasons. What do you guys think?
