About to buy a Pen-F - which two lenses best to buy to cover street and architecture photography on a low amateur budget?

I have up £1200 to spend on a used Pen-F and a couple of lenses, and toying with the 17mm f1.8 and 25mm f1.8 as a good initial pair of primes to go with it. Compactness is key as the set up is meant for easy carry every day etc, to work alongside my A7iii which I’ll keep for other stuff when a big heavy camera is not an issue.

But also curious about the pancake lens, whether it’s any good? Does it allow full control, or like my old Nikon 1 pancake, which basically turned the camera into a high-end compact?
