Wheelman is an action movie where the camera is stuck inside the vehicle for most of it. There's some driving but it's mostly from point A to B, no road trips.

I haven't seen it yet, but my brother keeps recommending Nightcrawler. I think the premise is that Jake Gyllenhaal goes around looking for shocking crimes to photograph. Seems like a majority of the movie is him driving around.

Also, Drive with Ryan Gosling, surprised no one has mentioned that yet
