As an adult with disposable income once I pay the monthly bills, I'm often left with wondering if I should be treating myself by buying things I might want, but I really don't seem to want or need much which is a nice problem to have I guess

I've always been hard to shop for/gift to since there is rarely anything I need/want besides a few large purchases here and there that I need to buy for myself as I know the specifics of what I want

The last time I treated myself I got a new TV earlier this year, a few years before that I bought some figurines that now just sit on the shelves to look at, and a few years before that I bought a new gaming PC, besides electronics I don't really need to buy anything for myself physically as PC games are all digital now

Are there things people like to buy for themselves as adults or do we all just spend money on experiences now like many often recommended? Is this unique among younger generations?
