Basically he just had mercury poisoning from eating too much fish, which isn't uncommon since most fish have unhealthy levels of mercury due to pollution. He also talked about the brain worm, which gave him some memory problems. Was a very interesting interview, and while I don't agree with all of his policies and views, he at least seemed like a respectable person that you could have a disagreement with and still not feel animosity towards.
