Right side. Recently moved about a month ago and just realized I slept on the left side at my old house. I think my wife puts me on the side closest to the door so I’m the one who has to get the baby a bottle in the middle of the night 🤔
Left side, but not out of preference. I've got an old shoulder injury that dictates which way I can turn without waking up feeling like I've been through a medieval torture rack. Plus, my partner insists it's closer to the thermostat, so they can manage their nightly battle against the ever-fluctuating realm of ideal sleeping temperatures. It's a practical arrangement, born of comfort and survival—partnership in its purest form.
The question is what side is which? I mean are we saying right side when are looking at the bed or when on the bed? For me I sleep on the right side based on when on the bed. If you are looking at it then it would be left.Â
I always tell people I didn't notice a difference when I first started. Then I took my first nap without it and felt like death. Then I realize that's how I was always feeling.
