474Mile walking adventure HELP!!!!

So me (20M) and my friend (20M) want to do a 763KM (474MILE) walk across Romania this summer in June, It's a move for our new business campaing called HAZE XTREME. I would really use some tips & tricks for training, preparing and how to make it alive till the finish :)))

I want to mention that we are not trained for this type of endurance, I did sports my whole life ex: Football, Kickbox, Swimming but that was till 2 years ago, from then I didn't really do any training

Borderline insane adventure ideas

What are some (heavy emphasis here, I don't want to meet death) BORDERLINE insane adventure ideas for 2 people that are pretty athletic and low-maintenance? I don't know really where else to ask this or what to look at besides the occasional Instagram reel. But I want to plan an adventure. Perhaps within the US first but also the rest of the world. Edit: something in nature, something that we may literally have to train our bodies for, something challenging, etc

I want to get in my car and go.

I’m in college rn, I have the ability to take a year and 6mo off and still continue where I left off. Life isn’t rlly going great rn and I can’t afford to continue taking classes currently. Jobs in my area don’t seem to be hiring, and the ones that are either don’t pay much more than $10/hr which doesn’t cover classes or require me to be 21 years old. Suffice to say, my search for a job that can put me through college isn’t going well.

I kinda just want to hop in my car and just drive. I don’t have much tying me down, my parents are retiring and when they do they’re selling the house and I don’t really have that many friends anyways. If I could just leave and reconvene later, give myself time to just think, clear my mind, see the beauty God put in this country and come back when i’m at an age that people are willing to hire me that would be amazing. I don’t have much reason not to, I don’t have a house, furniture I own, kids or anything keeping me here and i’m at the prime age for my health.

Has anyone done this before? Is there such things as working on the road? Small day jobs to earn me money to pay for gas, park entrance fees, maybe food and drink or other? I just wanna go, push out of my comfort zones and push out of my parents arms and be independent. Idk. Thoughts?

Cliff Jumping

Hi, I (35F) went coasteering today and jumped off a high cliff (not sure how high but I felt like I was falling forever!) Anyway, my jump was terrible and instead of doing a pencil jump I ended up staring at the water and doing a weird belly flop. I was totally winded and there was instant pain in my chest. 3 hours later my pain is much worse. It has travelled mostly to my left sid - my chest, shoulder, my upper back and down lefy my arm. Also some pain in my right rib. I'm not sure what the pain is exactly and how to treat it. Has anyone any suggestions? It's a bank holiday here and 8pm so no doctors.
