Regarding oil-balm-wash (never used a roller or minoxidil)

Beard Wash like 2x a week depending on what is in it or after a day if swimming.

Everyday - oil after bathing. Apply to finger tips with a dry but still damp beard and rub into skin. At the end, apply to beard hair. Oil is mostly for your skin as your body won't be able to produce enough for skin and the hair. This should help with beard-druff, itchy skin and dry skin.

Wait 5min after oil and apply balm to beard hair, don't rub it into skin This will help keep the hair healthy and softer while applying light hold for styling.

Daily washing should be done with luke warm water, not hot. Wash your face skin (unbearded part) normally but do not apply soap, acne wash, etc to the bearded area. Rinse your face off then rinse the beard well with water only. This is better for the hair and your skin. It'll be cleaner than you think, I have a longer beard (like solid 2-2.5in of hang off the chin) and my beard /skin is happier with this.

I use a wash (Victory Barber) a few times a week and the Kühn Co-Wash daily (meant to be daily) and the skin under my beard is clean and healthy. I do struggle with acne a bit despite staring down 40, in case you worry about that method not being enough

Edit: Kuhn Co-Wash is not a typical beard wash or shampoo. I was skeptical about daily use but it has not harmed my beard at all a month in and use it 5-6 days a week.

Oil, balm after showering and at night, beard butter. Get a good brush as well and it'll all help a lot.

Avoid shampoo/soap on the beard most days and just use luke warm water (not hot).

That will help with a healthy and softer beard. Also, make sure the mustache doesn't cover your lips or is too thick, that may help her as well.

But, it's always going to be a bit with and pokey after trimming.

For the oil, try this. 2oz at $30 for decent quality stuff isn't bad

ZilberHaar - Beard Oil N 1 - Pure, Organic Moroccan Jojoba Oil and Argan Oil - Natural Ingredients, Fragrance Free, Cruelty Free - For Natural Beard Growth and Hydration - 2 oz https://a.co/d/03yV63gq

Get a solid brush too - Professor Fuzzworthy's DELUXE Beard Brush 100% Boar Bristle | Mens Best Easy Beard Grooming Tool for a Fluffy Soft Beard - Promotes Beard Growth - Natural Bamboo Wood Handle https://a.co/d/0iTi4JGG

I've used that for a while and has served me well.

Most of the natural oils shouldn't bother your skin but stick to fragrance free obviously.

Shampoo.... You could mostly skip it but Kühn Co-Wash seems pretty gentle along with their bars of soap. Amazon available alt - maybe Victory Beard Wash.

Couture is done sadly

Also, Smith is a C not a winger....

I like it, scoring touch and veteran leadership... Just what the doctor ordered

First rent when I had a whole place to myself (not with roommates splitting cost) - $1,300 for 1bdrmbd/1bath + parking

Mortgage on our 3bd+ 2.75bath 90s townhome - $3,250

I drink far less even 4yrs later. More because being even a little hungover at 3am if they are sick or at 615am when they just normally wake up SUCKS. Usually when I do drink, it is still far less quantity. Getting proper drunk just isn't that fun and a light buzz to relax is all I desire should I venture down that path but usually a little CBN+THC at night to chill and sleep well is far better (legal where I am)

If you feel better about it by removing them, keep doing it. As far as how long will that hide it.... That's up to biology

With this and the PLD trade my LAK, it's like GMs are realizing you can cut the cord early and admit mistakes vs dragging out the pain and insisting it'll work eventually.....

What has happened to the NHL? /s

Probably skip that house trick or treating with kids...

Dad of a 4yr old, and very similar. Little one is too attached to me... Blessing and a curse.

About to spend 4 nights away from Mom for the first time (never been more than 1). Wish me luck

A decent sleeper sofa will start at closer to 1,200-1,500. We have been considering the same but it tends to be over 2k for anything we have liked when you add the mattress.

You can easily spend 4k+ on a sleeper sofa. Keep in mind (if you have stairs mostly) - those things are heavy and a PITA to move.

Living Spaces has nice stuff - we got our bedroom set and at least 1 thing in our living room there.

Bob's (and Jerome's) we looked at but it didn't seem as nice and just terrible reviews about the company.

The COA also doesn't mention any company or authority that verified authenticity.... That was my first red flag.

The COA looks nothing like the couple I have with sports memorabilia that came with the autographed item

You don't want to trade any 1st rounder next year at this point. 2025's draft is looking insanely deep.... Like even a late 1st round is a 2nd liner deep (because outside the Top 10 or so normally it drops off more than that usually)

Hill isn't THAT good, Vegas was that year. He .905 goalie.... Pretty much average, but hell - with a good team and goal support, .905 is all you need

I feel your excitement too. Getting a #1 Center and a likely Top Pair D-man is amazing. My first thought seeing the move to 11 was that they want one of those defensive prospects.

Clearly they believe there is a likely solid offensive core in place for the future and want to address D now then (I assume) when the time is right, the issue in net will be addressed b/c whatever you think of Blackwood.... That ain't the solution long term obviously

I just got my second email from these idiots ... Stay vigilant

Beard oil should help. He can apply it daily after showering and it'll hopefully get better within a week. Oil is for the skin more so than the hair - it augments what your body produces. With a beard (especially as it gets longer, fuller), your body doesn't produce enough naturally.

He also needs to stop using soap or whatever in the beard and skin under it more than 2-3x a week. Along with that, he should wash his face with luke warm water and not hot.

If he goes down this path, a nice beard balm will help keep the hair healthy and softer. Also helps styling it.

Beard butter helps maintain it all too.

For the oil, just make sure it's decent stuff with Vitamin E, Argo oil, jujube oil and Shea butter (ideally all 4). I used to use ZilberHaar oil, it's 2oz for $30 and sometimes goes on sale. May seem steep but most good to higher end ones go for $20+ per ounce.

True, I run an N Audio+ Lenovo Smart clock in 1 room then everything else is single Google speaker/device per room and very little delay issues or adjustments.

My older setup used a Chromecast for my stereo and and HDMI audio extractor.... That required a lot of delay adjustments

Nest Audio produce decent sound. They also have a physical switch to turn off the assistant voice activation/always listening.

I frequently see them on Offer up or FB Market place for like $50-$60 in good condition. To save money you could do 2 Nest Audio and 2 Nest Mini's (the small circle ones, sorry if I got the name wrong).

I actually use those for multi-room audio and have it synced with my regular home theatre/stereo system and it works out well enough
