There are only two problems as I've thought about this many times also for a kids room/office. 1. Many campgrounds won't allow you to park both in one site or there's just not space in a site. 2. Parking the TT using your Class A to back it in is really tough and not always possible. Can be done at the big resort spots but you would must likely need two spots

The only easy way this works is if you're staying on land with one of the apps or can get massive pull through spot at a place that allows both vehicles. I still think it's possible just need to plan it out a little more.

And yeah, I don't even feel our 2DR Jeep which is 4,500lbs :)

Can be done. My class A has a 10k lbs towing capacity so just get something not too heavy

Haha! Yeah that right with no trailer was probably confusing. I actually got this weigh specifically with full diesel and water tanks because you're absolutely right and I had to add 5 PSI per my spec sheet.

Safe travels driver, I try and stay out of your guys way as much as possible.

You could take an equity loan, but at what rate and over what terms? Can be a big difference. Also depends on how much you need financed. I got owner financing for $45k and the math worked well for me. Just do the math on the options.. it really just comes down to if the owner is willing to finance. If so, there are ways it can be done to protect both parties. But they will want collateral in most cases unless they are a friend/family

I never said mortgage. Lookup what a lein is. With a lawyer it can be setup to provide security to an individual against a loan. If you don't pay, the lein holder can go after the equity on your house for the amount owed.

Yes, they actually preferred it. Secured with a lein on our house at 5% over 3 years. Def ask them if they would consider it, if they own free and clear they may go for it

You typically just drive on, push the call button and they'll ask for the last 4 of your number, you can give them any number you like. When they say they got you, pull off and park, walk inside and give them the same number to look you up. Pay the fee, get your printout and walk out. They will ask you for a ton of carrier information that the truckers use but you can just say you only need the weight and it's for personal and they can skip through it all or just enter dummy information.

They round up in increments of 20 which I find interesting. You will weigh at or below the number shown is what I was told.

I've seen campers with less living space than that. It's gotta have a full bathroom right?

Yeah that was my impression, he nailed the acting for that cuz it would have surprised him! Now it just makes it better

Like others have said it's normal. The second you apply a load to them they will settle in at 12.6+ which is a fully charged battery when not on a charger. Also, voltage is the best indicator of capacity left - Google search "FLA voltage chart"

Does it trip after you first turn on your AC's or just random after they been running?

I would buy an inline power meter to scope how much current draw you're pulling plus Watts/Wh. They are not very expensive.

Are you sure the post is rated for 50amps? It's possible your 50amp is shared with another post, I've seen it before and they will claim it's not but can't prove anything of you don't have meter readings.

If I were you though I would be very curious as to how much both your AC's, fan and fridge are pulling especially on startup. Typically you should turn on your AC's 1 at a time also but on a true 50amp shouldn't need to

Ignorance really until you experience it. Our first house was HOA. When we moved, acting HOA was a deal killer and only looked for non HOA.

Sometimes you just gotta throw the trash outta the truck

Correct, it was def Iowa. I typoed that.

Boeing. Boeing reported their issue themselves to the FAA.

I'm sorry, I took out my bad day on you. You have a valid question. Honestly it's pretty hectic sometimes with the kids while traveling. Especially on long trips. I've sometimes preferred to drive at night if I'm up for it so they just sleep. It's harder in all levels but doable if weather is good and interstate ideally. The tablets, plenty of snacks and stops to stretch are crucial for us.

For the campgrounds, outside of the outdoor activities and amenities in the camp - blow up pool, bubble machine, balls/toys. The really rough part can be if the weather goes to hell. Having starlink or 4G/5G hotspot for streaming on the TV's or tablets are Lifesavers as there's not much space or anything to do. The rain will really test you in the smaller space but if the camp has anywhere to hangout out of the weather that's the way to go. My kids love playing in the rain, that's also an option. They have a blast and if it's not cold it's perfect self entertainment just gotta get them dry.

I try to involve the 2 year old on the camp activities also. He finds it fun to feel involved but also gets in the way. Last thing I can offer is watch like a hawk. My 2 year old is quick and you can get busy in chores then start panicking until you find him under the rig. Good times..

That's why he walked away from danger
