Ok, I get it, I work nextdoor to woolworths and kids constantly steal shit into their bags. But, AT LEASTTTTT give them a bag locker, how u telling school kids to leave their possession to be stolen, because your multi billion dollar ass can't afford to lose 20 bucks on the twisties that one kid stole.
I love lotr, but u have to be a whole nother lvl of lotr fan to ask a photographer to make a Frodo and Shelob themed Baby Photo of your newborn child
This is very specific...Maybe you should just write it yourself
Just skimming through, my Dad used to say that to me about ANY new hobby I find. Gaming rots my brain, and so does reading books, so does painting. Some hobbies I lost interest in due to that, but others I pushed through.
He still says it sometimes, and it still affects me sometimes, but all you can do is understand that its utter bullshit. I can't tell you exactly why they feel the need to say these things, but it happens, and all you can really do is try to ignore it and know inside yourself that you are not the problem - they are.
I truly came to realise this when I suddenly realised my parents are ACTUAL TV ADDICTS. And I'm like... Well if they can watch TV 5+ hours a day, then whatever their opinions on me gaming/reading/writing/drawing/etc most of, if not all of which are more productive and interactive than watching TV, than surely something is not right
Some ppl say that works, but idk, it never worked for me
I know the feeling. Sometimes I ask ppl to read my stuff, and then they do and then they actually do and I'm like "wait, I didn't think this far ahead"
Lol, yeah, I know, but my meme still stands, I never said it wasn't a Wattpad problem, but, it still sucks when ur unexpectedly linked to chapter 1 (when, unless the person does it by accident, there is really no reason for)
I don't want you to tell me anything, bro, I'm telling YOU; some ppl link you to chapter 1.
Not a chapter, I mean the outside of your book, rather than inside, because then u end up inside a book that u don't know what its about, and it gets stuck on your "continue reading" section once you've viewed chapter 1, which can be awfully annoying
There could be multiple reasons, but my reasoning here is that, for some annoying reason, Wattpad added this thing where, whenever you click into a story, that story stays in your "Continue Reading this book" section on your home page, and you get notified (on the home page) whenever it updates. It's really annoying because sometimes you click into a book but decide not to read it.
So when I click into a link for someones book, I expect to be taken to the synopsis, to read what the book is about first, but if it takes me to chapter 1, it is now stuck on my home page basically forever
Favourite scene is when she spends the night trying to climh that pole and is at the top in the morning. I was so proud of her.
No, it's against the guidelines
Big bad scarred villain/hitman/etc meets innocent orphaned child who follows him around and eventually makes him self reflect as he grows a fatherly bond for the child.
I am a SUCKER for this trope, and have written out ideas with it many times, but also scrap them because its too difficult to turn something so unoriginal into something original
It's always the orange...
(In the upper corner)
If it was in your library and now it isn't, chances are it's been deleted from Wattpad. Unfortunately, I don't know the title tho
Ok, as someone who can never manage to finish long games... WTF IS 12 HOURS, BRO? 12 hours is nothing. Takes me 12 hours just to be done with "character creation"
Yes, one of the many quotable lines for every day life
Also, YES, more posts like these! Fun Wattpad posts!
I'm not gonna link it, but "Harry Potter x The Floor" was a VERY bizarre read.
I am linking this one because I read it beginning to end and loved it, A Match Made In Azkaban was extremely bizzare, but also great.
It's funny that both my Bizzare reads were HP Fanfics, but, that is the truth.
There was a "Y/N x The Periodic Table" which was oddly wholesome, and definitely bizzare, too.
I can relate to this. I understand old members being close, and more active, but often it just feels like invading someone elses group chat rather than joining a community for a joined interest.
It's your first book. You have improved since starting. Looking back, you can do so much better. I get it. But you can only do so much better because you got this far in. If you don't finish the book, your next book will have a much improved 100 first pages and then you'll be stuck again because you'll make newbie mistakes in later points that you hadn't yet practiced. Push through, that way you have a whole book, beginning to ending, experience, and then you next book can be an improvement from beginning to end, not from beginning until 100 page mark.
Yeah, it is a bit annoying that they get entirely deleted without warning. We should either 1. Get a warning. Or 2. It gets sent to draft and locked there, so u cant publish it, but its not gone from the face of the earth
Obviously a whole roast pig with an apple in its mouth
Ideas for what should be on the plate?
