How do I use machine learning concept compared to traditional If-ElseHelp

Football match event

I've created football game chart based on time and unique events that happened throughout the match such as shots on target, off target, corners, etc.

I would like to teach my model how to interpret this data and use any machine learning plugin or concept to automatically train it to use similar rule or insight and apply to other past matches.

I come from Python web programming background, anyone kind to point me to the direction I can research or read on? Do I have to put this time related data into tabular form in Panda before applying and machine learning concept?

I would like to find a keyword to help me get started to build a true machine learning model that can learn after I train it with my insight on a football match and A.I. will use this knowledge to analyze other past games

I'm caring for my elderly mother that cannot speak anymore. I couldn't find information on best practice for ng tube pre-feeding. Should care giver withdraw the stomach content and throw it away depending on liquid volume or insert it back before feeding?

How do we identify whether the content is digested, or indigestion happened? If anyone know any experienced geriatrician that can give online consultation without first visit by patient in person, I would be really happy to get referral.
