We have a vet, but none of them in the office own golden doodles. One has a spayed schnauzer, a few have pit bull crosses from the shelter. They mostly all have cats. Wanted some r/goldendoodle opinions.
Interesting. What do you mean, are neutered males aggressive around un-neutered males? Or more like they avoid them?

What age to Neuter?
Looking for opinions on when to fix our golden doodle. I’ve heard earlier messes with their development. FWIW, our little guy (so far) is not at all aggressive. He’s very calm. Age 14 weeks right now.
But we don’t want to wait too long and accidentally be responsible for puppies.
What age do you think is best to Neuter or Spay?

Meh, I work out for time not for PRs so I wouldn’t say frustrating. It would be a lot to expect every machine out there to be calibrated the same.
I always tip, because the $5 goes a lot further for them than for me, and I am pretty sure they’re not reporting it so it slides by the IRS, which makes me happy. But damn you’re right- I’m just enabling Marriott to pay slave wages to the maids.
I ride at home and also sometimes in hotels and have experienced a few bikes that were off calibrated. I PR’d multiple times in hotels and know I will almost never hit those levels again on my home bike.

You’re not alone. I used to lay in bed and all I wanted was to bring in a spoon and a jar of peanut butter.
So, and this might seem unhealthy (remove if so) but reframe the waking up hungry from a bad thing into a good thing, knowing you’re in a calorie deficit and that means the weight loss is working. I used to recall this quote adapted from David Goggins, “you’re hungry? Good! That means it’s working.” and “You’re hungry!? Here, eat some push-ups!”
I don’t always still feel hungry after lunch, but when I do, I drink a pint glass of water with 1.5oz of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in. Then wait like ten minutes (maybe take a walk in that time) and then the food cravings are gone.
This works but I don’t know why.
