Honestly, if you don't find gravel fun, you're driving too slow. 4x4 or otherwise.
I don't personally live in a big city, and I don't work the normal 9-5, so I'm not constantly in traffic jams like some people, but obviously it still happens. For me, it's not really memorable. Like, it can be a little annoying, and sometimes driving up hills sucks, but it's really not a big deal. Like it's kind of just part of life, and if you do it enough, you don't really pay attention to it. Obviously it depends car to car, how much torque you have, how heavy your clutch pedal is, etc, but most cars aren't going to have an issue. Only real time it's an issue is if I'm having really bad knee pain from a previous injury, but even then, it's still just kind of a part of life. I'd have to consider it a lot more if I was constantly in heavier traffic tho.
Finally got back to me. Will send it off soon.
Yk, one of the things I've excepted personally is that I don't need to have a reason to carry my knife. I just like it, it feels good in my hand, but I'm not going to use my pocket knife when an easily available tool is more effective. I don't use my pocket knife for cooking, cause I also like cooking knives. When I'm camping, I use a fixed blade. I don't take my knife to work, cause I don't need it. Hell, I've only used my trauma shears once in a year. But, when I'm off, I fidget with my knife, I have a knife when other people don't, I open boxes, I use it for whatever I might need a knife for, because it's just nice to have a knife.
To be fair, trucks and SUVs in general are not getting smaller
Definitely not supposed to happen, it's a little hard to see but the metal piece is actually broken in a couple places
It's ok, man, you don't gotta explain yourself to me. You're ok, man, you don't gotta be upset
Seriously, man, you don't gotta be like that. I'm just here to talk about knives. No reason for silly insults. Whatever is going on, man, you'll get through it. Don't gotta be so hostile. Don't gotta get so upset. It's ok, man.
I like mine. There is a noticeable weight difference, not bad, but noticeable. The texture is definitely smoother than the coated aluminum. The anodization wears a little when you hold it a lot. Other than that, no real issues, the fit was perfect, there's a decent amount of color options. Just kind of preference and color options.
I mean, I'll admit that the color combinations isn't really cohesive rn, and I'll probably mess around with it when they fix it, but besides the obvious flaw with the lock, I wouldn't really say anything about the knife is "cheap". Just because you don't like the look of my titanium scales doesn't mean titanium is suddenly gas station quality. I'm just trying to share my experiences with the community. Just saying bro, you really just don't have to be like that, and whatever it is that makes you act like that, I hope it gets better, man.
Tbf, there's definitely, a very common, very douchey type of jeep driver. It's just lifted vehicles in general, we know they're cool when built right, and used appropriately, but it just appeals to a particularly insecure and degenerate group of people. I'm just saying, the average jeep driver isnt the cool dude telling you about his shitbox wj project, or the dude telling you his favorite places to wheel locally, or the dude telling you how he remembers driving jeeps in the army 50 years ago, it's the mom who's too ashamed to own a minivan, or the douchebag bragging about how badass he is for getting 10 mpg.
Honestly, the TJ is definitely still fun, especially with the doors off, but for on road fun, I think the Miata has definitely spoiled me. It's so much smoother, not fast, but still so much faster, and the top takes like 4 seconds to drop, and you don't have to worry about storing windows. My TJ is also automatic, so that just adds to the difference for me. The jeep has kind of just become my reliable car, not really fun to me anymore unless it's in the dirt.
Would love to know more about this build, man? What did all that money go towards?
TJs are great, but they kind of suck as daily drivers. If you're going off road a lot, or just driving through town, or back roads, it's fine, but I don't really like to take mine on long trips on road, cause I just don't want to drive it. I work about an hour away from where I live, and it's mostly interstate. My jeep is absolutely capable of this, and I do this any time my Miata isn't running, but I don't look forward to it. I would drive pretty much anything else if I could. It's so loud, especially with a soft top, it's extremely fucking slow, and the wind really pushes you around. I love the thing and all, but I wouldn't want to drive it anywhere in a hurry.
Some people really do need to tough grass tho, bro. Y'all need to go outside. Calm down. Get in some exercise. Get some sunlight, and fresh air, and just enjoy life for a minute.

This is a wild take to me. Maybe it's my fault for not immediately saving every number to contacts, but like i definitely get semi important calls on a frequent enough basis that I absolutely try to answer my phone most of the time. Ofc, you better fucking leave a message or text me if it's actually important, but I'll still try to answer initially.
Honestly, before I got my NA, I would have never even considered getting an NB unless it was just really cheap. The aesthetics still don't do anything for me, I honestly probably wouldn't have even known that was a Miata until like a year ago, but I def have way more respect for them. Like they don't look that cool imo, but I'm now aware that all generations of Miata are really cool simply by being Miatas.
This is what I was thinking. Most people are capable of so much more empathy and compassion than we like to give them credit for, but if you take every and any chance to go around telling people every detail of how terrible your life is, and how much you want to kill yourself, and how life is the worst, who the fuck wants to hear that? Especially if that's the only thing you talk about.
Obviously, I don't know the guy, or what's going on with him, but I just think I should put it out there that just because someone is going to the hospital by ambulance doesn't mean they're actually sick. Wouldn't be surprised if he just fell or if the cops gave him the choice of going to the hospital or jail. Hell, he could live close to the hospital and just called for the ride. Not that something bad couldn't have actually happened, but more often than not, any call involving alcohol is bullshit. Hell, most calls in general are bullshit. Just saying, unless they leave scene w/ lights and sirens going, you really should assume they're fine, and even then, I wouldn't be worried unless the responders looked worried. Hell, I can see from here, he's conscious, he's walking, no one is running around, there's no obvious interventions going on.
I feel that's more a symptom of the capitalistic system in general more than just being up at night is bad. I don't think it's particularly selfish to want to be able to get groceries, yk, when you're able to get groceries either. I don't think you can realistically sit here and blame me for single handedly slaying thousands of Walmart employees because I just don't live on the same schedule as you.
I don't think I agree with you. I see no reason why there cannot be both more family friendly events, and adult only events. Hell, it can be the same event, but move to 18+ later in the day. The 18+ doesn't have to be just kink related either, just 18+. I don't think that's an unfair or discriminatory compromise, I just absolutely believe children shouldn't be exposed to that. Hell, honestly, I don't particularly want to be exposed to the more nsfw stuff. Some stuff really genuinely does need to be kept private, or within consenting groups. If I told a female coworker about my masturbation habits unprompted, it would 100% be labeled sexual harassment, so how is openly displaying your kink at pride much different? Not that I even think that's what pride is about, I saw very little of that when I went, but if you want to display that, I think there are absolutely boundaries, and I don't think that's discriminatory. You can explain to a child that you're gay without going into detail about how you like to be tied up and whipped while your partner shoves varies rubber objects up your ass, just as a straight couple can explain to their kid that mommy and daddy love each other without explaining that mommy likes to be choked, and daddy likes his nipples twisted. It's just not appropriate.
