USA has been experts are disinformation from the cold war days. And so were USSR, and all other countries who participated in it. China is obsessed with control, so they practice it well. Russia of course. India and Pakistan both have sustained disinformation campaigns, but obviously we are better at it. A couple of months back I was watching Alexander's history on Netflix. He was expert at disinformation and psyops. Thats 356 BC. During Kargil war, there was disinformation about a solder's body mutilation started by India - at a time when some army HQ in India had a Pak solder's head for display as a trophy.

Last month I watched 2 documentaries on Nazi Germany. What tight control and disinformation. Look for them on Netflix and you will see parallels to US, China, Russia, Modi all of them.

There is nothing we can do. National interests trump morality every time.

First, understand one thing. Mockery is not factual. It will never be. For example, I think you are a mandabuddhi. But we will not know till you are tested scientifically, right? Calling Modi a loser is mockery. Calling Rahul Gandhi pappu is mockery. Modi calling himself non-biological is self-mockery. Get it?

Everyone knows factually, the NDA alliance has a majority and BJP is the single largest party. That is not in question.

So what is the justification for the mockery that they are losers?

Mockery does not need absolute factual reasoning or legal reasoning. If there are a substantial number of facts to mock someone, its valid mockery.

What are the facts?

BJP wanted 400 seats, and some BJP leaders even promised constitution change if they get it. They got 240. Down from 303. That is a big loss.

BJP lost most seats in their top state UP that sends max MPs to Lok Sabha. It is also the state which has bulldozer justice, a so called sanyasi as the CM. It is the state which has Ayodhya and where they built a Ram Mandir after demolishing Babri Masjid. They lost Ayodhya, which is a massive moral victory for every BJP opponent from every party.

Bad performance in Maharashtra. The state where they tried a lot of stunts - and were expected to do well. Boomeranged.

Modi, Shah have never managed an alliance before. Ever. Now they have to deal with problematic allies like Nitish Kumar who is a tough CM to please, or Chandrababu Naidu who was NDA chairman and wanted to fire Modi in 2002.

Modi cannot rule like a dictator easily anymore. He can try, but it won't be as easy as before. He cannot instruct his allies' MPs to not speak to the media, for instance, as he did with BJP MPs in the last term. Allies also mean that strict discipline is not possible which means a lot of inside information will leak to the media. This has already started happening.

BJP cannot easily make anti Muslim statements as that would make his allies uncomfortable. They can still do it, but they can't do it as easily as they did till now.

The performance of this election also shows that Modiji is not invincible and if the Opposition does a better job, they can actually win in 2029. That is amazing.

All of these are enough reasons to mock / jeer that Modiji is a loser. Mockery need not be entirely factual.
