CA also collects taxes on worldwide income as long as you're a resident of CA.

We got it last trip, it says 15 punches for 15 shots, but from what I was told at cafe promenade, it’s basically large or iced drinks = 2 punches and small hot drinks = 1 punch. I think we lattes and americanos which should have 3 shots technically for 2 punches.
Also it only works in 3 places I was told, I think the guy told me cafe promenade, the coffee bar in windjammer and the vitality spa takes em.
