I was SO scared of dying/death for most of my life, would have debilitating panic attacks over it, vomit, shake all over, hyperventilate, every few weeks to month. and then, shortly after i turned 30, i had an accident that crushed my chest poking a hole in my heart and slowing bled out into my diaphragm and drowned in my own blood while on the way to the hospital. i had an experience that changed my fear forever and now that fear is gone.
