13% off is unusual. I see anywhere from MSRP to $10k off depending on location and trim. Just called a Phoenix area dealer this morning about a basic LT1. The guy said they "would do $5k over MSRP instead of the usual $10k-$15k over." I couldn't even laugh, just said thank you. He then called right back and said MSRP.
