Ohhhhh my god this comment this just fucked me up. Just a few weeks before my best friend passed (late 2022), she sent me this song and it’s stayed in my top played songs since. I’ve listened to it so much to help navigate my grief. Not trying to trauma dump or anything, I just was NOT expecting to read this and I absolutely agree with the connection to “A Real Hero” now. What a beautiful connection.
As for the OP, I totally agree. As a big fan of SOPHIE and as someone who also lost someone very close to them way too early, it’s extremely difficult to listen to So I. It is an incredible song, and I am so grateful for Charli being so vulnerable about her grief. The reference to “It’s Okay To Cry” really hits hard. RIP SOPHIE 🩷

The views from Wild Eagle are incredible, the ride is smooth, the drop is fun, and I find most of the inversions pretty forceful. Thunderhead is an airtime machine. I spend over half the ride out of my seat. I love Tennessee Tornado too, I just wish it was longer. Out of all the arrows I’ve ridden it’s easily my favorite. Could be home park bias though haha
I think the dubstep remix really boosted it in the US. It came out right when dubstep started blowing up here which is funny given the UK was years ahead in the dubstep game. Fuck bassnectar though lol
