The whole point of pasteurization is to remove pathogens, and yet some people apparently want to actively drink pathogens. Smh.
Because living with roommate fuckin sucks.
Seconded, get a lawyer, they will tell you the shit that you can actually do to screw her over, but in a legal way.
Have you thought about health insurance? Is your new business making enough to pay for that as well? Have you shopped premiums to determine what those will look like?
You probably get other benefits from your corporate job - life insurance, LTD/STD, 401k matches, HSA matches, etc. Take a look and if you can swing it, see if you can max your 401k match with your remaining time, and make sure you have all those other benefits covered. Most of us don't think about those benefits until we need to use them, which is too late.
Go into great detail about the number, pain, and bloodiness of all the miscarriages your GF has had while trying to procreate. Then ask for donations for IVF.
Nope, in 2016 I did a protest vote and learned my lesson.
The mistake people make is assuming they need that big truck or SUV. I'll drive a sedan until I die. You don't NEED those cars unless your job requires it. Even then, I'm constantly surprised at what fits in my Civic. 3 car seats, 8ft lumber, 10ft PVC pipes. I loaded enough topsoil in the trunk to redo my garden over two trips - still cheaper than the difference of even one month's payment.
Before you parent kids, honestly, you should try to master the English language so you're comprehensible.
Back to WV really drives home how bad Florida must be lol.
You're doing physical labor for your job, physical labor in your free time restoring a house, and then for some reason choosing to do more physical labor at the gym?
Cut the gym, pick it back up when your time and wellness allows for it.
I don't buy this. More people are taking direct flights to Detroit and Tampa than NYC or Philly? Charlotte and Dallas are fairly big hubs, so those make sense, Chicago, Vegas, DC all big tourist cities so they make sense, and I guess more people would fly to Orlando than drive?
Definitely agree with inspired vs authentic. I went into it expecting more authentic, and was disappointed.
The Witcher, Wheel of Time, Amazon's Lord of the Rings, take your pick
Agreed. If this is the right call, I'd love to know what Vaughn should've done in this scenario.
They'll fly it in from the first zoo that will agree to part with theirs.
The little you can learn from ol' Davey boy can be learned from elsewhere from folks who aren't hilariously out of touch.
Might be too late for this, but the decora style (the panel instead of the thin switch) is the same size as GFCI and the Kasa switches.
Alright adulting master, tell me how simple it is to meet people who are like me - who enjoy hanging out maybe once a month but enjoy the quietude of their own residence the rest of the time.
but the thing I hear from everyone is if you wait to have money you’ll never have kids.
This is just explicitly untrue. My ex-wife wanted kids, and I wanted to wait until we were more financially stable. She decided to cheat and get her kid, and I moved on. Now? I'm your boyfriend's age, and have plenty of money to have kids, while she's living paycheck to paycheck with her baby daddy. I get to spoil the shit out of my niblings and her kids haven't been on a vacation that wasn't camping ever.
If you set impossible goals, sure, you'll never have kids, but the people who say bullshit like "if you wait to have money you'll never have kids" are just trying to make themselves feel better about their circumstances.
This may be unpopular, but I'm not a huge animation fan, and that seems to be the medium that's most recommended. I like the live action stuff (when done well) too much.
That said - live action HBO, as long as they don't go full Game of Thrones with tits everywhere. I think HBO is basically the only option where the budget will be solid and has fairly proven results. Everything else is too hit or miss for me.
Probably more like a root canal - you know it's a bit more invasive than patching a cavity, but as long as the numbing works, you don't feel much beyond some tugging/pressure.
"As welcome as a rattlesnake at a square dance" turns into "As welcome as nice boots at a square dance"
"He's all hat and no cattle" turns into "He's all hat and cattle"
"You can take a cowboy out of the west (or setting specific) but you can't take the west out of the cowboy" turns into "You can take a cowboy out of the west but you ain't taking a cowboy out of the west"
Hammond Brothers just did my kitchen, they did a great job. Definitely quality, and they were in line with the two other contractors I managed to get out to quote me. Felt expensive, but all remodels feel expensive I think.
