Common/great room furniture needs to be slightly worn and relaxed and not sterile. Something you aren’t afraid of stretching out on or getting yelled at for putting your feet up and moving it around to make a study circle.

Huh, looks a lot less homey than it used to be… guess I’m old… but it used to feel a lot warmer…

Yup, haven’t been back since it left.

They haven’t had the beef rib since pandemic, unless it’s changed recently, it’s a tragic loss.

The inside passage is a lot more interesting than open seas, and the ports are interesting as well. And glacier bay.. go see it before it’s gone I guess?

looks fake to me, the placement of the "floating" chandeliers makes zero sense in the background, it's blurred because it would be obvious they're not where you would hang a chandelier. also the laser doesn't cause "ambient" light because the laser itself isn't "glowing" while in the air, that branch floating at the top shouldn't be lit up just because a laser passed nearby.

Gravel works to reduce erosion from water draining through the deck making those stripes in the mud. It’s also good ground cover to hide the underside of the deck since everything underneath is going to die.

Depending on state, technically yes, it’s “permanently” installed as part of the house. We had a seller realize after the fact that the tv was included as part of the sale and sheepishly request that he be able to take it with him. I didn’t want it anyways and let him take it as long as they repaired and repainted the wall.

They are used. Fortress has an entire line of ready to use steel framing and beam products that can be faster than wood to install. It is significantly more expensive, but with a lifespan estimated to be upwards of 25-50 years it will outlast most wooden frames and with care in certain climates it will likely outlive the homeowner/house. Fortress’s system doesn’t require welding but I had custom welding done for a circular staircase and all of my railing as well as specialty posts for my upper story deck that is 28ft in the air.

I ultimately selected steel framing and beams because I hate dealing with wood related issues and wanted a premium commercial feel for my deck construction.

The “wlan” not supported is with regards to acting as a wlan controller for aos 8 deployments. It will work the same as a non lte 9004 as a gateway with the added integrated lte modem as an additional wan option.

And no, the 9004 would be managed in central. Not instanton. It’s not part of the instanton portfolio.

Wouldn’t bet against it though. Just saying.

KISS - keep it simple, stupid. The best way to reduce cost and possible failure modes is to use the simplest engineering solution possible. Ice + water is easy to produce, with well understood and consistent thermal properties, and cheap. Using active refrigeration is an alternative, but more likely to see some failure scenario because there are more ways for it to fail.

The only moving part here is essentially water pumps, which is easy to service and troubleshoot and you can have multiple for redundancy. They’re also cheap.

I thought the cybertruck just traded shells with a larger truck and it’s discarded shell now becomes the shell of a younger cybertruck and so on and so forth.

lol it's a colloquial term for "done/dead". the original "sod" may be done, but you have some live grass and it'll grow back and spread. you can help with transplanting plugs of live grass from the sections that are healthy.

Based on your other responses you needed to roll the sod in and get a better watering regimen.

oh, did you prep the topsoil underneath before laying the sod as well to encourage the sod to take? if you laid it yourself it looks like the sod isn't connecting well with the soil.

usually it goes from yellow to silver/grey pretty quick if the roots die too in new sod. it looks like his sod is pretty much toast from uneven/bad watering and too much sun.

The rule of thumb I use with sod is yellow is dormant, grey/silver is dead. Bermuda grows pretty quick so it can probably recover and fill in the dead spots but with a record hot summer projected you might be in for a long battle.

Technically yes, since folders are just a logical organizing construct there is a way to do this in the postgresql backend via scripting sql commands. However end user access to backend was blocked for security reasons, you can try requesting assistance from the TAC organization to see if anyone is willing to do a little pet project for you.
