Last time I went home to Liverpool loads of taxis had Wolverhampton plates. Drivers from Liverpool, but taxi plates a lot quicker / cheaper / easier to get. I forget which one.

Mine too. Went to Beijing recently. Really annoyed me. Big buildings, couldn’t make out which was which for a couple days. Once I got my bearings, felt a lot better!

We live in the south of the city. The door to my apartment is north. I come in from either the west or north gate to my apartment complex. I’m lying on the sofa. TV on my right, so west. They just work. It’s a lot easier to give directions this way, as it doesn’t matter which was you’re facing when you’re travelling there.
