Last year at 42, though looking back there were symptoms 20 years ago, but I, and my doctors, brushed them off.

Dr. prescribed me capsaicin cream. Or you could try icy/hot or something like that in a pinch. It basically overwhelms the nerves to distract them. When it happens to me, it lasts for a week or so and dies down.

I used to get it from my Pap. But it wasn't a punishment or anything, more of a playful joke. Like a rite of passage. A few "pats" on the butt, and some laughs from the family, then I went on to play with my cousins.

This is what I would do, and I do these projects a lot.

  1. Use drop fiber. 2f because extra strands add zero value to this project. Spares are useless since if your cable is cut, every strand will be cut. I would use this $0.19/ft https://www.ptsupply.com/1014503/product/n/superior-essex-6u00231bb
  2. 4 pigtails, LC/UPC: https://www.fs.com/products/14152.html
  3. Ideally find someone with a fusion splicer, or use mechanical splices https://www.discount-low-voltage.com/COR-95-000-04 to join the pigtails to the drop fiber. Yes, use high end ones, or you'll regret it. You might also need a cheap kit to strip the fiber. Watch some YouTube videos or contract it out. Leave like 4+ feet unstripped, but with the buffer tube intact that you can coil up in the NID if your splicing yourself. You only need this much because it gives you plenty extra for when you screw up the splice 5 times when your learning.
  4. A NID on each building: https://store.ui.com/us/en/pro/category/all-fiber/products/uf-terminal-box. Use 1/2"~3/4" conduit from the NID into the dirt, and and elbow or sweep underground but then let it go direct bury after that This protects you from the weed eater.
  5. A media converter on each end https://store.ui.com/us/en/pro/category/all-fiber/products/uf-ae Snaps right in that NID box.
  6. 2 10km SFP's https://www.fs.com/products/75326.html?attribute=5963&id=106986 (You could use BiDi SFP, and only need 1 strand of your fiber)

Just drop this fiber in the hole direct bury. If your electric is direct bury, your fiber can be also. You'll probably want to bed your cables in sand or fine gravel to protect them both. You can even drop these right against each other, since the fiber is non conductive, it won't matter.

No, well yes, the immobility hit, then got better, but that's not the hug. The hug happened at the same time, and I would describe it as wearing tight spandex. It also went away. Another symptom was that my left side was drastically weaker than my right, barely usable. After my flare it's %98 better. I fell like I may have lost that little %2 of strength, that I might not get back.

I can normally walk fine, but my last flare up had me unable to and I had a severe MS hug for example. So you are probably at baseline. A flare up for you would be major new symptoms or major increase in severity of current ones. Steroids hopefully return you to baseline, but after a flare up, your baseline may be worse that before your flare up.
Ideally, since you are on Ocrevus, you may not have another one, but it's not certain.

I can hear, in Project Farm's voice. "Now that's a lot of damage!"

I've communicated with VA doctors using this system before. It's probably real.

You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar.

Have one on my current house... which reminds me... I really need to replace my windows.

99k here! Bought early 2019. I'll never get rid of it, as long as it's drivable!

I remember having a collection day at school, where we all brought in our old ones. I can't remember if they recycled them, or what they did with them, but I remember a 4' high stack of them up on the stage in the cafeteria.

The lobster was great, but it was a double edged sword. The meal was usually followed by news, such as: "Oh, hey, sorry crew, but we are staying out another 2 weeks longer than we had planned."

Or, the neighbors bull go out again, and won't get out of the road!
