No sure what state that is off the license plate but North Carolina and a bunch of other states have uninsured drivers policy’s attached to your insurance. Happened to me 12 years ago. Rear ended by a guy that thought he paid his insurance. Your insurance will get you squared away then they will go after him for every penny he has. Usually that’s nothing but at least you’re covered.
