Azelaic for hyperpigmentation. I have some discolorations sa face. I use the mud as spot treatment for any active pimples and salicylic acid facial wash kasi I’m in an current place that’s making me more oily. In my usual area, the salicylic cleanser can be drying

Creative hobby: painting by numbers, watercolor is great, urban sketching too. I say watercolor and urban sketching kasi you can be as messy and as abstract as you want and somehow, its still nice! Cross stitching too

Intellectual hobby: reading books, listening to podcasts, board games! especially if my kalaro ka na friends mo, if not, I say some kind of video game. Video games taken at face value, ppl will say hindi maganda, pero halos lahat ng kakilala kung gamers (hindi adik), ang tatalino nila, mabilis critical thinking nila outside of gaming. It’s a form of mental exercise din. I like mga games na may story hihi

Movement: yoga, bellydancing, or even any cultural dances like hula, tahitian dances, running or walking, free diving kung malapit ka sa dagat! Water is generally a healing element, nakakacleanse sya 🫶

I think moving to another country will expand your perspective. Ibang iba ang buhay abroad. The types of people you will meet. The different situations you’ll encounter. And maybe your tastes will change ☺️ I think doing scary and big things as a single person will make you a better person with richer experiences first then a better partner because of the lessons you got from those.
