Well compensation for hurt feelings if the notes are pertained to be laced with bad comments as I suspect from the egotistical staff who believed they were better than the customers
Virgin active sent redacted notes after I was told that the manager was reading my notes since 2016 but when I asked they couldn’t find all the notes and have no replied to my complaint in writing and sent redacted paragraphWills & Probate
I have had items stolen at virgin active my last item was this year some cheap trainers from mg locker and I asked them to compensate me and they refused and I went go join at a lower tariff after years of being a member the new manager said ‘ why would I want to be a member after my experience? And he’d been reading my notes and refused. When I asked for said ‘notes; they had paragraphs redacted(blacked out)what I saw and the date and time was when I went to a funeral and booked and a holiday and froze for a month. I’m having to look at court proceedings to get redacted notes from virgin active as I’m sure I’ve been a victim of bullying by their staff as I would complain about the services and they would take it personally lol but it’s a business and I believe they have been writing in there notes bs and now I called there bluff they can’t see them anymore. Now i’m wondering what compensation would I be entitled to as I’m still awaiting my orginal complaint to be investigated 2-4 months later. And should I involve offcom
The person went to block they have no respect for the song just some fantasy they don’t actually have.
That’s what I thought they are trying to scam me in the future who takes that long if they like a song
Or three months after and you’ve helped them to write and start to make the sound.
