I'm in an endless grind right now with FOF Upgrades, doing TOTW Upgrade with 80-85, and 86+ dupes into exchanges.
Getting a lot of low gold rares though. What are we doing with those?
I’ve done the daily upgrades all year. I can assure you the grind is dead on July 3, 2024.
Problem is I’m away from my console for week. In an 82 PP world, that was ok. Under the 81 PP world, that’s not sustainable.
My rewards were all gold cards. Hope OP has better luck.

If anything, I’d swing fast. Your potential with current swing is low. Instead of maximizing that, I’d increase your potential and learn to swing faster.
