We chose not to - our daughter has learned a lot by being in her crib alone - movement, response to being on belly, etc. And our marriage is better for it. That is our time to actually talk to each other without the distraction of life.

Unsure if I know the difference between full or reduced. I know they based it off my years of service. Health insurance ended the day of termination and they will send COBRA info in the mail. Fortunately, I didn't have to worry about that because we moved to my spouse's plan so I likely didn't read very well in the fine print around the health insurance.
