I think you can go for Bmat 6mm thick and Liforme. I just got my Bmat and went for Power Yoga and the grip is amazing. I have sweaty palms too. Having a good yoga mat helps you dig deeper into your yoga poses. I am intending to get Liforme too. 1 can be used at home and the other used for Studio Classes.
