Questions about Kettering City Income Tax for non-resident
Long story short, I bought a property in Kettering, Ohio in July 2023 , but I don’t live there. Mainly bought it so my parents can live rent free. Im still a California resident where I do not work or live in Kettering Ohio.
Question that I have is: Do I have to pay for city income tax even though I’m not their resident with the fact that I only have a property there in Kettering, Ohio?
