I couldn’t decide between keeping my first initial or picking a family name, so I did both. I kept my first initial and picked the family name as my middle name. My first name might not age well when I’m like 45, but my middle name is now Edward, so I mean I can always fall back on that too if needed! Just as another idea, I just finished up with court, social security, and the DMV, now I just gotta do it everywhere else (this is ADHD hell)
