RE4 Remake is sooo good. On way home to play. Maybe Luigi's Mansion 2 arrived in mail from Gamestop! If not, I'm sure it will arrive tomorrow ... or the next day ... or the next day. Eventually, it will arrive... and it will be right on time.

To be fair... the person who works at my "local" Gamestop (about 40-45 mins away) is definitely a "Methanie". In favor of your point: you get what you pay for.

This lawsuit was never anything. No one made any financial decisions because of RK. I sure as hell didn't. This one was so damn bizarre, though. Dude only bought 25 shares. Either he is a clown OR shitty parties put him up to; if it was a "shitty party" though, why would they pick someone that onlt bought 25 shares? Rediculous.
I have had a few unfortunate experiences with them. They have delievered knockoff SD/microSD cards to me, video games from other regions (while they generally work on my consoles, I collect and want NTSC games unless I specifically ordered otherwise), and bootleg tshirts that were advertised as legit.
I am not bashing them as a whole, but I know that there are some things I should never order from them (I now purchase all physical games from Gamestop, for example).
I just like Gamestop. Collecting shares is one of my hobbies.
I live in a univeristy town. We used to have two Gamestops less than one mile from one another (remember when the company was run by idiots?). They both closed down and we have zero now. I would have interest in working a shift or two a week if we had one in town (can't work more than that; i work 50+ hrs a week). - As a customer, it is frustrating to have to drive 40 mins to get to a Gamestop... I do it, but I woulr prefer if we just had one in town. What does Gamestop hire at? $16-$18?
No. He is making a humorous reference to his big investments being in pet supplies & a retail videogame store. Maybe someone told him those are frivolous endeavors, or maybe he is saying that you can make anything successful with hard work and good business decisions.

I play through games on NSO regularly. Specifically GBA, N64, SNES games, but Gameboy and NES games, too. It is very convenient.

Bayonetta may be my favorite game ever. Bayo 2 is also EXCELLENT. I was frustrated it only came out on Wii U, originally. My best friend knew this and mailed me his Wii U and a copy of Bayo 2 on the day it came out. "Note said, enjoy the game. Send the Wii U back in a couple of months." I adored and mastered Bayonetta 2.
I am in a better place financially, now. Have Bayonetta 1, 2, 3 on Switch. Had a couple of opportunities to get my friend back over the last couple of years. He's doing awesome but went back to school and it was a strain financially (we are not twenty somethings...). Take care of your friends and family, everyone.
Also, Bayonetta is awesome! I have Origins, but it is still sealed on my shelf (ethically sourced from Gamestop); I'll get to it one day. Cheers mates!
At this point in time, I believe that Ryan Cohen is a smart dude. He is going to very slowly play his cards (while acquiring more cards) while wearing sunglasses and protecting his hand. Patience, time, and pressure. For me, I just keep buying and holding. These days, I have price targets for buys in place and feel like I have evolved my strategy. The only stock I own is Gamestop. I enjoy collecting shares and believe in the company. If I'm wrong... I'll sleep well and say, "yeah, I wasn't right about that". I have strong confidence that I am right and GME is going to be something amazing.
No way that trailer used Switch 2 footage; zero chance. I am baffled at what they've been able to accomplish with a GameCube & Playstation Vita taped together; I never would have guessed something like Luigi's Mansion 3 could run on the Switch.
There is no difference betweem $1.00 & $500. They will have my attention when GME is above $500. The rest is a constant fucking discount. Max pain? Fuck that. They'll pay me one day or I will pass my shares to my son. I just keep holding and buying shares.
