It really depends on the reader. I decided to finish it because I wanted to know why she had seven husbands and why Evelyn decided to tell the story to Monique. It does get interesting, especially with her second husband. I like how the reader gets know who the real Evelyn and how the husbands come into play. Also gives an interesting perspective of old Hollywood.

But I would still rate it as 3.5/5. I finished it more because of curiosity and I’m the kind person who is not a big fan of first POV book. There were times I hated the characters, hated the pacing. Pero it was interesting how the plot unfolded.
