My provider takes the opposite approach since a lot of depression and anxiety I was experiencing are from the overwhelm of having adhd…

Yes! I was just talking about mine so this post is so timely. I live in an ungodly hot and mosquito ridden area so it’s nice to have a way to walk indoors. I do not use mine at my desk, not nearly coordinated enough and I’m in so many meetings all the time it wouldn’t work. But I have it set up in front of the tv so I can zone out and watch something while I walk.

Niiice thanks for the tip!

I just searched on Amazon for like sweat absorbing bra insert or something like that

I spot clean at least once a week with a quick cleaning spray and deep clean with soap every so often.

For my body I use coola spray. It doesn’t smell as bad as the others and they have an spf 70. It’s pricey but worth it to me.

For my face I’ve found a few I like, but the only one that is sold at Sephora is Dr Brandt liquid sun shield. I am super curious to try the mineral serum spf from hello Sunday.

For tinted sunscreen I just got my second tube of tower 28. One of the only ones that comes in a shade light enough for my pasty face.

I have brushes that are 15+ years old and going strong

We got fancy froyo this past week. I was stoned so I got alllllll the toppings.

For the record when I self medicate with weed I know it very much 😂😂😂

Irene left the internet :( I had become online friends with her and we even exchanged cards at one point and did several makeup swaps. She is a lovely person and I hope she’s happy.

Meds have been absolutely the biggest unlock in terms of function. It has been a matter of finding the right combo for me which took a while.

Damn, tower 28 has become my go-to since losing the FAB to the discontinuation gods. You might want to try Givenchy prism libre. It’s similar but I wanted more hydration so I prefer t28.

Oh crap this made me think maybe I want it after all lol

If it does, I haven’t seen it. My mom pretty much lives off cokes and chai lattes and doesn’t do much skin care and looks phenomenal at 66.

I quote both on a regular basis. Working in tech gives you a lot of opportunities for “the system…is down…”

I’m constantly starting off meetings with “hokay…” and I never explain so iykyk and the rest of my colleagues just think I’m a weirdo.

Victoria Beckham Beauty, tower 28, Chanel glossimer, Saie, laneige glowy balm off the top of my head

My immediate instinct was to look for Hubbard in the book piles

So relatable. My name has a hyphen in it and the number of blank stares or confused noises I get then I say the word hyphen still baffles me. Spelling it over the phone is such a pain.
