Help! Today I was starting week 7 (4 on 2.5 and this would’ve been 3 on 5) and the injection pen totally malfunctioned. Did not even pierce my skin before clicking back as if it were finished! What should I do? Should I use my last pen? What are the chances that the pharmacy will replace a pen (if they even have it)? Other ideas? Just skip a week (really don’t want to do that!)! 😩😢

Thank you everyone. I called EL and they were very helpful. As noted, she said since the plunger was down it is confirmation that my body received the dose. This injection was very different than every other one I’ve had so far. It only clicked once and immediately sprung back up. I do not have any type of evidence that I was stuck like I did all other times (tiny blood or liquid showing, etc.). There was nothing and I felt nothing unlike all other times. I’m going to ride it out and pray she’s correct!

I was a lifelong Honda owner and switched to the exact same vehicle as you. I also used a phone mount religiously until I got my aAtlas Cross sport. Now I just set it in the charger area and it wirelessly connects to everything. I do not need or use a phone mount at all.
Yes! He’s right. This same thing happened to me. The bedroom had no window covering and completely disrupted my sleep. Nothing in the listing about it at all. Not even a picture.
