Putin isn't enough to start a war. Israel will most likely sit this one out but support Ukraine from the sidelines and for a full fledged war, US must take part which will again most likely not happen. Now china might do something but they wanna become an economic superpower so they'll refrain from the war even if now is the perfect time to capture a few of the places they have their eyes on.
