What's the point, governing is unconstitutional now
Ha my aunt sends us postcards periodically through the election season to fill out. I'm ready man
The Schuylkill River Trail goes up by 422 near Valley Forge and it was always nice to fly by on my way to my old job. Fingers crossed for a serious septa train out here one day
I love my induction stove. So much easier as far as cleaning than my gas stove. I've figured out how to cook on it and appreciate the accuracy and consistency of it. I can tell my kids to turn it to a number for me if I'm working or something and can't go downstairs.
We're in a small ass house too so non cooking or cleaning related I use the stove top as working area sometimes. Can be chopping on top while a pot is cooking without issue.
Song like to show off wealth, buys 1.5 million dollar home. Would love to see what showboating would be. You don't need to tell anyone anything about costs though. Like nothing you can do to stop whatever feeling they're gonna feel
Government buyout. They paid market value pre-flood, no transfer tax, no fees. They knock it down and nothing is allowed to be built there ever again. Most of the single family homes are going. Everything else affected was twins and even if you wanted to take the buyout you can't demolish half a twin.
It was pretty bad because a lot of these families have been in these houses since they were built. So no mortgage but also no flood insurance. Lots of turnover

Ten. Went to industry and spent 4 years as a senior at one company through multiple management changes, no promotion. Found another senior job that's remote, been there for a year. Problem I keep finding is a lot of manager jobs are actually paying less than I make now and require me to come in a few days a week. Remote is kind of a must for my lifestyle with the family.
My last two bosses haven't had any certifications. I got a CPA CMA and a masters and can't get passed senior. I think it's important but not critical.
Dude rack up these tax losses. When you make money on it you can always use it to offset profits in the future
Most people just have a housing payment. It's gonna be rent or a mortgage.
Didn't Clinton jog to McDonald's
Yes I can't talk to anyone who doesn't pay for news. Filter feeding the world through fifth hand aggregation on social media doesn't keep anyone informed
Wait this is on an old resort and golf course on 30 something acres? Oh now I really can't believe all the whining
Hello from Montco, no thanks
A magic wand is waved, your state is now split into three states with extremely safe political zones. How would that impact you and what are your initial thoughts to its benefits/detriments?
