When you complete watcher on 7-0 timemark you can fight 7-1. When you complete 7-1 you unlock 7-2 and go on. There will be an arrow to increase your level
Atlas spec into the corpse hunting def helps to find way more corpses. Run your maps faster , loot less. Black morrigan scarab is pretty often to obtain. Also, legion drops a lot of six link eggs. I don't want to be toxic. All you need is just to play more. You can check ventrua ssf progression or pohx, or steelmage and learn something new.
I think it is better to go for morrigan scarab. It is pretty common and easy to target farm

third - elder helmet base + few essence will double + lvl 21 0 quality skill will double your damage.
fourth - check the pohx guide how to craft stuff with your budget it won't be hard to get like 3 times than your current damage without sacrifice to your surv.
