Wtf they're already back and doing a parade so soon. Game ended like 23 hours ago.

I saw someone say that Adeyemi Ian Maatsen had a stinker of a game and I was like wtf. Was everyone watching the same game or what? Sure Maatsen had that error but outside of that he was quite solid.

Tbh it's mind boggling that in US people feel the need temper their expectations for lounges. Especially the Centurion lounge. Sure it's not supposed to be some high ebd premium lounge but it should be in the middle of amazing and premium. It should still have decent food, decent drinks and cocktails, decent selection of spirits and it should feel relaxing to sit it one. There should be ample amount of seating even for peak hours, and it should be clean and well kept

You go aboard and the lounges truly feel like a somewhat premium experience. But sure in US, you gotta gaslight yourself and others into thinking lounges should mediocre.

Once they got those yellows for dissent( tbh maybe they were a bit tiny too harsh), i knew they had lost control of the game. But yeah, last 2 finals Madrid has played, both Liverpool and now Dortmund had them nearly on the ropes but Madrid is Madrid, they score with one of the few chances they get. Think they had like 5 or 6 shots on target. 2 were goals, 2 were FKs saved by the GK and one was a header saved by GK too. And those were all pretty good saves and they all came around the 70 min mark when Dortmund were gassed and tired.

But tbh can't blame Dortmund for the way they appoarched the game, just sucks they missed two 1 on 1 chances and Courtois made a good save which caused the ball to be in a bad spot for rebound which was saved again. It was just one of those games for them. Sadly CL finals for a team like Dortmund doesn't come around a lot. They might have lost their best chance to win it.

He had come back from like 3 months off from an ankle injury. And Poch put him right in the starting line up for the final.

Best part of the final was the streaker running on to the field. Other than that, the final was SO boring. It was 3 weeks after PL ended. Poch somehow thought it was a good idea to start Kane. And Liverpool got a pen in the first minute of the game.

Oh yeah, you could see they were gassed at around 70th minute mark and i think they thought " well Madrid don't look threatening, let's relax a little and get our energy back". And then Madrid ends up scoring minutes later after a lazy clearance. They let their guard down and that's all it took for Madrid to score.

Madrid just let the game and chances come to them, they were cool calm collected while Dortmund had to fight and scratch for any chance

Bet they wanted the feel good moment. Otherwise he should have been bought on for someone else or tbh not come on at all.

Madrid are at their best when they're a goal down. When the game is tied, they have 0 pressure. They know they're Madrid. They know they have the legendary status, the aura, the players. They know all they need is one chance. And guess what, one of the first goal scoring chances they got, they scored. No one team has an aura like Madrid does. Usually teams are quite antsy and will try to make passes and plays but Madrid keeps it calm knowing chances will come to them itself. And it did.

It was just obvious. Everyone could see it coming. All Madrid needed was one chance and they got it. Heck they got a second good chance and took that too. Can't do that against Madrid. That's the aura they have.

Wait till you watch the SB or any NFL,NBA,NHL game. You'll lose your mind

Not Madrid's fault that Dortmund can't put the ball in the back of the net so far. Madrid thrives on being down and out, that's when they look really dangerous. Right now they're calm and chill. When you got players they got, and the aura they have, they know that all they need is one chance. And that will win them the game.

It's gonna be one of those "Madrid needs one chance to win it" type of game.

nope, it's just that CL won't be back till like mid September.

Last time you lost a final was like 200000 years ago( an exaggeration), so why so nervous.

One of the last times we'll be hearing this song for a while. And it's still one of the great sports theme. Truly gives chills

Oh ROFL. I was watching the OTV video where DL and Scarra reacted to old clips and this popped up. Both guys could barely watch themselves. Esp the Scarra gamer pose.

I will NEVER blame him Rashford or Saka for missing the pens. Obviously it's heartbreaking to remember that night but us losing the final was not either one of those 3 players fault. IIRC him and Rashford barely played for the whole tournament and Southgate sends them on at like 118th minute or so. What really bothered me about this was that both CBs were on yellows and Southgate did nothing, i repeat NOTHING to punish that. He bought on Grealish for Mount but made no further attacking changes. He could have easily bought on either Sancho or Rashford for Walker for an extra threat. But yeah, his mind was set to go to pens.

It's just that the OGN format rewarded consitency over short term results. And the KT org somewhat got screwed in 2013 and 2014. In 2013 KT was the second best team in the world after SKT but because they had to face SKT again in regionals, only one of them could have made it to Worlds. And then in 2014 KT A won OGN but because they partied too hard after that, they were too tired and exhausted to play in the regionals so they ended up bombing out in that. Heck even in 2012, Azubu Blaze was considered to be better than Sword but Sword made a crazy run in the regionals and beat Blaze in the final to take the second Korean spot at Worlds.
