this probably seems super weird, but i lost both of my dogs a few months ago and i made a plushie that has their fur in it (not weird stuff) just to remember them when they die. the plushie still has that comforting smell of dog (that i used to hate) and i always smell it for comfort but im scared that it’ll eventually go away and i wont have anything left of them. i know it’ll fade over the years, but i dont want to cut that time short.
