Wedding: long live or lover

Funeral: look what you made me do (let them think about it)

Life Flo magnesium body lotion. I have a whole shelf of body lotions/creams but this really moisturizes my skin while also giving me a magnesium boost that’s helps relax my muscles and go to bed.

Honest beauty calm and heal melting balm. I use this every night as a moisturizer and it gives my skin such a nice glow.

I really recommend Lady of Darkness and The Legacy series by Melissa Roehrich. The first is a complete series so I recommend starting there. LOD has a lot of similarities to TOG, and the legacy series is just my favorite series right now!

The war of lost hearts is also one of my favorite series! The MFC and MMC are just a blast to read about and I was constantly laughing throughout. There’s a lot of heartache, but it’s balanced with the banter.

Everyone hates the previous three relationships and wished she just went straight to her mate. I liked seeing the differences

For rain of shadows and endings did you read the next book, storm of secrets and sorrows? Also, I love the flesh and fire series by JLA! You also need to finish the war of lost hearts!

FBAA - I got the the war of two queens. I actually enjoyed the first book, but by the second book I was just in it to see how the romance was repaired. MFC was whiny and needlessly dumb. I DNF’d TWOTQ at 50%

The ever king - the romance was unbelievable. I DNF’s at 70%

The serpent and the wings of night - this keeps getting recommended everywhere as the next big thing, the next ACOTAR. I’m sorry, what? The dialogue doesn’t come close to ACOTAR, the story made little sense, and the romance was bleak and unbelievable. I did finish the duology (first book was better then the second) and I do not understand the hype.

They are two different series, so it’s not like the POV changes from one couple to a different couple. You are in a totally different world.

I preferred the legacy series to LOD (which I also loved).

It felt like two different authors. DONW was a masterpiece

I think she will be MIA for a month and drop reputation in January/February. And I think fans will be like ‘omg we are under attack, everyone hates Taylor it’s just like 2016. But now mother is dropping this album and how great is this? The re-record came just in time’ as if she wasn’t planning this all along.

This is my unhinged theory: Taylor is ramping up exposure since she knows it leads to people becoming sick of you. The eras tour, the new album, dropping variants, etc. don’t get me wrong? I think there’s multiple reasons she’s doing the above but hear me out. She will continue getting overexposed (ie the 1989 era) and then once she starts becoming more and more unlikeable she will drop reputation.

Of course you can’t perfectly mimic the reputation era (ie the Kanye kim situation) but I think this overexposure is to get people talking so we will live in the reputation era for a bit again. Not saying there aren’t other reasons, this is just my era.

Lady of Darkness then the legacy series (both by Melissa Roehrich}

When the moon hatched

One dark window

Daughter of no worlds (same author as the serpent and wings of night but this is by far the superior series)

A fate inked in blood

The bridge kingdom (I only read the first two, after that the series focuses on different)

Heartless hunter

This is my theory, they are waiting for TTPD to drop before releasing H5. I also think the drop will be sudden so a new TTPD variant isn’t released the same day.

I tend to believe it wasn’t accidental either. I had never heard of the phrase, but a Google search informed me of what it meant. I’m just surprised I never knew this was a slogan for the nazis, yet everyone else on Reddit did

Thank you, just trying to keep things realistic.

Honestly I’d ask the coworker and please lmk what he says. For those who don’t know German, it translates to ‘my honor is loyalty.’

Buy another one, if you can afford it!

What book are you currently reading?

I don’t think withholding the information suit him, I just think he was in a horrible situation and he made a miscalculated decision on how to best handle it. I think if it was anything else he withheld from Feyre, people would’ve dismissed it more. I’m not a Rhysand fan, this is just something most people have blind hate for him in without thinking about the situation presented.

I do agree it took me out of the book since it seemed out of character, and was likely a decision to further the plot.

Yes this is my working theory at the moment.

SPOILERS:

My deranged prediction for book 6 is it will be focused on Elain. She will be working with Azriel and Lucien on being a spy. During her time with Azriel she is ‘experimental’ (she’s upset she lost her virginity to human boy so I think Sarah is gonna work on this through Az) and during her time with Lucien he is gonna bring her to the spring court. At first she will fall in love with all the flowers, but then she will meet Tamlin and start to see him through his flaws. The mating bond will kick in right away for Tamlin but he will give her space. Things will ramp up between Elain and Tamlin, and the inner circle is going to be against it and tell Elain she is too weak to handle him and Tamlin is abusive. Elain will tell them off and finally grow a back bone. She will go become high lady of the spring court with Tamlin, and Tamlin and Rhys will sit down and we will finally hear how Tamlin didn’t purposely kill his mom and sister (y’all are crazy to believe Tamlin is evil and wasn’t being manipulated). Relations between the spring court and night court will improve and the spring court will be rebuilt. Lucien will then go on another spy mission to planet earth where he finds his mate, me, unsuspecting and……

Maybe not everything will work out this was but I think I’m onto something with Lucien’s true path.

I don’t think Tamlin (or possibly even SJM) knows Elain is his mate. Hence why the beginning of book 3 worked.

However I think Lucien knows and is covering for him and helping Sarah out.

It’s an enemies to lovers, which i enjoy but don’t specifically sought after, but the moment the two characters meet they are wildly attracted to each other even in the most insane circumstances. He’s holding her captive however wants to be super lovey dovey with her at like chapter 5.

Also, the plot isn’t really clear. Like I understand the premise of the world but I’m not sure what the end point is or why anything is going on.

That last paragraph is crazy. Idk I just wasn’t expecting to learn that today.

I loved {a crown of oaths and curses} and I’m currently reading {the throne of blood and honor}. I have 50 pages left, so I can’t DNF, but I wanted to so many times! I’m currently avoiding finishing it and looking on Reddit for my next book!

{rain of shadows and endings} and {a storm of sorrow and secrets} need to be on your TBR list if you like dark fantasy!

I DNF’d ‘the ever king’ and I’m glad. I keep seeing people rank it low.
