Thank you. The only issue can be the toilet soil pipe (waste). I did one toilet under the stairs in April. Took few days to do.
What software are you using for drawing. I wanna sketch our possible extension to help visually where thing will be. Use every space you have. Put toilet under the stairs is fine as long as you can stand up and don't hit your head.

Once we went camping...but as a three lads no one would accomodate us. We stopped at one farm house asked if could have tent set up for a night. He said no problem. The farmer asked for £10 we were happy that we have some where to sleep that night. In the morning we packed up said goodbye to farmer and went our way.
