This series is in my TBR but I’m intimidated by the 3rd book having 1000+ pages. Is it worth it?

This just happened to me. In the U.S., FairyLoot uses USPS. I went to USPS and set up a forwarding address. Once you have the forwarding address set up, call USPS, and give them the tracking number for the package. They will try to intercept the package or recover it if it’s being delivered already.

I’ll try. Key word TRY, because right now I’m feeling like I’m training for the Hunger Games for tonight’s sale. If I don’t go, at least the list of attending authors was a nice way to discover new reads.

If the place also has a daycare, I recommend having your dog go to the daycare 1-2 times. That way when it’s boarding time they’ll know what the place is like, and that they will be picked up by you!

I find the dew claw surgery absolutely necessary. My husky rescue seems to have come from a backyard breeder, so she still has them and has gotten hurt so often (basically attached by only skin). We are researching into surgically removing them.

That said, have you considered adopting a puppy instead? This is coming from no place of judgement. I don’t know your entire situation (you might want genetic testing, bonding since puppy, etc), but, there is a crisis of huskies in shelters right now, so just wanted to see if you would consider it. If not, good luck with the search! Make sure the breeder is licensed, ethical, and does the proper procedure to remove the dew claws.

It’s a low fantasy I think? In the novel there are Gem Sages, people who can “hear” precious gems.

I believe Marcus Mumford shared an about the under stage! When he was a guest (Las Vegas show), he shared a video of being transported in a cart of sorts.

The only fire wielder I can think of is Cal from the {Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard} series. Son of a good woman but a villainous dad. And he’s a prince!

Agreed. Also I think every time there is a post about breeding a husky or buying one, there should be an auto bot that posts links of shelters and their Husky crisis (especially in SoCal).

I follow subreddits of breeds I don’t have (or plan on having) but found them cute. Likewise they’ll be people who follow subreddits dedicated to Huskies because they believe they’re so cute. When they see the crisis in shelters right now, they’ll know that they shouldn’t get these dogs just because they’re cute.

I rescued a Husky, and hoping to move to a bigger place so a can rescue another.

This just confirms what we knew: BVB has mentally checked out of the Bundesliga. We already got an UCL spot for next year, a difficult final to worry about in 3 weeks, and Mainz actually had something to fight for.

Regarding The Lunar Chronicles, I agree. There was potential for so much (and it’s my favorite series so I wanted more 😭). This is what I thought where the problems laid:

•Naked hardcovers. I know it’s a matter of preference, but jackets are better imo.

•Covers. They could have done a nice redesigned covers, not just a single symbol on the cover with some foiling.

•Color scheme. All books being blue was just so boring. Even their Legend series by Marie Lu had different colors despite those being naked hardbacks too.

•Edges. Same as the cover. It was just a simple symbol and that’s it. This is a Sci Fi series, so some nebulae/constellations/night sky design would have been so pretty.

But alas, if they ever redo it, it would probably be years from now 🥲Will hope a different company does them.

This is what a lot of haters fail to understand. It’s not always about deep lyrics and poetic moments. Sometimes you need a silly little song to sing and dance to, and one that you can also relate to.

It always brings me joy to see people find a song that clicks just right and brings them joy.
