I’d go for 126cm i guess. Seats on cheap flights are gonna be business class level to me so yeah.

Wdym? Japan is cheap af, one of the most affordable travel destinations.

I was born and raised in Hong Kong and we’re all raised hearing about all those organ harvesting stories. It’s not just the Americans.

I’m a gen z born and raised in Hong Kong and we all grew up hearing these stories. China (even the parts close to Hong Kong) wasn’t exactly the safest place for tourists. But things improved (just for tourists though). Your organs will be fine.

5k HKD would be enough for a month (for food, transportation, casual sightseeing) lol not to mention 20k per month. You’re seriously overestimating the cost of living in Hong Kong.

‘But if we crash and die, our family members won’t be able to identify us correctly’ ☠️

I swear by Uniqlo heat tech and they’re light! You could also get a montbell fleece jacket. It’s light as well so you can easily stuff it into your backpack!

They just want to personally have a chat with others. If they look up an old post, they probably won’t be able to engage the conversation.

Philip Rosenthal even said it’s the best cinnamon bun he ever had. But when I tried, it’s just like every other one I’ve ever had…

Love (but strictly from a tourist perspective ofc). Love the architecture, the vibe, the food, the museums. And Paris is wayyy friendlier for an introvert than other cities in US. I’m sick of all those ‘hello how are you doing the weather is good today aint it’ small talk.

I’m from Toronto and I’ve been to New York, so the piss smell will never be so bad that it bothers me.

I was really disappointed by the cinnamon buns at braud & co…I feel like I’m missing something here.

That’s cheap af honestly. And 3 classes a week is definitely enough to advance skills while not overworking you to physical exhaustion.

Tbh when I took a bite I find it so weird. But after half the dog I find it delicious. I think maybe you find the lamb tasted too ‘gamey’/‘muttony’ and that it’s too different with the american style hot dog.

One thing I particularly disliked was the time he pushed Claire into a pile of groceries while he was flirting with another woman. It's awful enough that he pushed his wife into the pile; it's even more awful that when Claire uncovered the truth (which she only persisted in finding because of Phil’s joking attitude), he reacted as if Claire was crazy for going through all that trouble to prove herself. She just wanted him to admit what he did and apologize.

Some not-so-great things he did:

• Made Claire the ‘bad guy’ to their kids while he played the fun dad. (This can be devastating to Claire over time.)
• He’s a poor listener and sometimes fails to truly understand Claire’s perspectives.
• Tried to fool his high school friends into thinking that Gloria is his wife. (One of his worst crimes, in my opinion.) It’s only after the guy asked who Claire ended up with did Phil become more grateful for having her as his wife.
• Constantly implies that Claire is unattractive due to her age and because she doesn’t make an effort to look good.
• Significantly undermines Claire’s work at home and how hard it is to raise three kids. (I can see how many people would hate him for this.)
• Often doesn’t take Claire’s side.
• Displays unintentional weaponized incompetence. He doesn’t contribute much to household chores, especially in the first few seasons.
• Is irresponsible and forces Claire to be the ‘grown-up’ handling everything (hence making her the way she is).

Again, he has some great traits as a husband. But he also has some really terrible traits and behaviors as well. I’m just saying I can understand why some people choose to hate him. He’s a way better dad and friend than he is a husband.

I think it might work better if the second sentence have a positive tone like ‘But I’m really happy to discover that he did a lot of volunteering work with xyzzzz’, with the sinister stuff being implied yet the parents are totally oblivious .

Pole sharing is extremely uncommon where I’m from. But every country is different. If they haven’t explicitly mentioned about pole sharing and if the price is not significantly lower than 1 pole per student class, I’d be fuming. I’d suggest just asking beforehand to see if they’re pole sharing class or not.

Flight tickets from Toronto to Iceland/France/Denmark (round trip) can be as low as 250usd. I bought mine late but it’s still 380usd. Possibly cheaper than going from Toronto to Vancouver.

Yes and that’s why some people will hate Phill.
