Having worked for a number of non profits in los angeles in the housing industry over the past couple of years, siblings or cousins working together is extremely common. More than I’ve seen in any other industry. It absolutely facilitates the grift by having family members cover each other’s asses and doing as little work as possible.

I have worked for sisters and, while I would never call them that to their face, their professional behavior with each other had a big sister dominating little sister dynamic which was unpleasant to deal with.
If I had wanted to be overtly shitty to them about my frustrations with this dynamic, I would have explicitly referred to them as sisters.
