10 references is ridiculous. Is there an offer already or is this just their screening? Which is what no one should be doing but seems to be the prevalent thinking.

Yeah that sounds sweet. WA could give a fuck about these things that are your "personal problems". Any interlock needs to be calibrated at least every three months. Not sure about an interlock license. Not offered here. The clock only starts once you have proved that you are driving a registered vehicle, have proof of an IID, and and have an SR-22 on file.

Well, they are not on here, so I don't worry too much, but to what are you referring?

I think half the time they just ask because they don't know what else to say to make conversation. I like to say: I just got this great job as a manager at (Enter name of strip club), and I get discounts on Pepsi! Wanna come down and see me work? Usually shuts down questions.

That's a weird question to ask of you. My alarm system had the capability but it was not something I could ever use because of the interlock.

Don't even listen to your relatives. My Dad does this to me all the time."In my day, you would just get at job at McDonalds to pay your bills. What do you think you are too good or something?" No, I do not think that, but the reality is that if you are degreed and have decades of work experience and are applying to these type of jobs you are either 1) Desperate; 2) Have some sort of criminal record that precludes you from working in your field, or 3) Still applying to other things and if you get something will be quickly resigning. None of these are attractive to hiring managers.

They are both bad and sadly less than mine. I was leading the Hall of Shame line.

"Why are you understanding these three forced me to wear this hat!"

What proof did the defense have on the integrity of the breathalyzer?

If you are a seasoned drinker with a high tolerance you could absolutely test that high. They should have tested you a few times to make sure though.

Sorry to hear that. They are not all the same and when I have had problems I knew were not my fault I take issue with the vendor, not the service center and not "the Man". However, I would take issue knowing that someone is flagrantly not removing all equipment based on a work order or even an ask. Not your call. Are you just trying to save yourself work? Not a place I would want to take my car for anything. I have bought quite a few new batteries. I don't have a trickle charger or "tender" because I have no way to plug this in. I do have a Jump N Carry battery charger, however, which has been most helpful. Sorry again, you have such terrible customers. Always follow the rules to a T.

How did you get this done in less than an hour? That's a deinstall of INT/Install of new vendor equipment. Took like three hours which gave me plenty of time to sit on hold with Intoxalock to tell them I was deinstalling them and listen to their threats about doing this early and explaining 5 times I wasn't quitting the program, just quitting them. (The installation for the LifeSafer has already been set prior with them and the service provider). They gave the shop a lot of grief about it. Must be different. Our DOL doesn't help or work with this stuff. It's up to you be compliant and figure it for yourself.

KFC is hitting close to $30 these days for two people.

Yes I did read it as well as your other posts hence my response.

AA is full of non success stories too. Majority of people do not go to rehab and/or AA and magically get better. Ask any friend of Matthew Perry. You need to want it enough yourself. Not because your family, friends, job, or the state wants you to regardless of consequences. Sorry, that is the harsh reality.

I don't feel spiritual but it is just part of life at this point. Got it 2017 and not eligible for removal until 2027.

Yeah thanks for that thought. I had never thought what capability these would have for high limits. Anybody that was this high up could not possibly think they could pass but I guess that is part of our problem. I do remember though years ago when they first put cameras on the download would take some time so I was sitting on the waiting room for awhile and the tech was "you gotta look at this one". Some guy tested really high after sampling once every half hour for four hours. When he couldn't pass the last one he reported the car stolen. I'm gonna guess that wasn't believable.

Could be. Temperature violations were my thing except I never got a false positive. Just refused to take the sample at all until I tried enough times to force me into lockout. Definitely keep it out of direct sunlight under your seat.

Were you on a clinical trial? It was only approved in Nov 2023.

If I'm reading this correct there is an accident associated here. Not just a routine DUI. This will obviously be more depending on the circumstances.

There are lots of posts on here that talk about what to avoid. Check it out. Nothing would give you a 0.30 if you had not consumed ethanol except a faulty device. Unless you meant 0.030. And yes, these are for them to increase your fees.

Attorney probably does not know. After 3 years probably won't even take your calls. Insurance or find out from the state.
