I'm not a doctor but at this point this is what i would do:

1. Lower stress levels to the extent possible. Are you on any medications that could be increasing your cortisol levels? Do you have a stressful home life?
2. Id fix any gut issues (do you have gas, heartburn, bloating?) you could have some gut issues and that can make it hard to lose weight
3. Ensure youre getting 8 hrs of sleep

I thought zevia was a good option until i learned sibo thrives off of stevia. Since the body cant digest it, it all goes to the bad bugs. Sugar (in small doses) is in my opinion ironically better for you. Maybe try a soda stream with 1tsp of sugar and some lemon or ginger?

A friend of mine has the no burp problem. Whats the easy fix? Hes been trying magnesium and some other supplements but i think still having issues

Although it's not a nice thing for her to have done, she's 17. It's lucky she realized it now before she gets older and has more serious relationships. It was actually an act of kindness for her to end that relationship and be true to herself at such a young age (assuming she is being genuine now).

I think there are people who are capable of love and people who are not capable of love. Find someone in the first category and you're in good shape.
