I leave mine with my new born and puppy...sooo
Well, it's a tents dreamed to be used and these proble are fulfilling that dream, you should be happy your tent is being maximized and living it's best tent life.
Heard it takes 3-6 months to get approval for a gazebo in your back yard.
I honestly don't disagree. I often look for a nice cozy place for in the event I ever have to.
But I am going to say, 20 feet from soccer field and 100 feet from an elementary school isn't the location for them. There are better places if they really need it.
I wish them luck and I get it. I just hope they can find a better spot, because that spot is just asking for trouble unfortunately. Soccer field, baseball diamonds and school all within a few feet and in view. They will be up rooted quickly.

New to the internet I see...

Your family needs to do a better job communicating, like instead of kicking you maybe talking to you first about how he doesn't like you doing things like that.
But at the end of the day, rental or not, it's in his name for now and if you didn't contribute financially, you need to leave.
He can ask you to leave just because it's July...my point is he doesn't need a reason. His name on the rental agreement, you need to leave.
I walk through everyday, first time I've seen a tent. I've seen evidence that would support people living in the woods behind there. But nothing like this where someone set up a tent just off from the soccer field
Oh no. I'm way to busy with pizza, someone else has to do this one
What year was this? Is this what started our worlds curse? Someone get Rick O'Connell

The New Canadian Dream: "I hope I win the lottery so one day I can maybe afford a detached home!"
Tickets on his website links straight to the company putting the shows on.
Yeah. I'll get there soon I imagine
Realistically, buy a physician. How you ask? You guys make it way to good to be true to operate in your town. I know people might think this is in realistic but things you look into; vehicles leased to drs at no cost from the local dealership, no property taxes if they buy and live in town, even go as far as offering them empty lots to build on for free and if they are young enough, the city will make their yearly student loan payments. Maybe even wave all business fees if they start a new practice etc. of course this would come with a contract of X years guaranteed of service to your town.
But these types of things are a) possible to pull off and b) might be enough to draw or keep physicians in the area.
Yes. I've been to Europe 7 times and no this isn't a post about how cheap European airfare is (shout out $30 round trip from Dublin to Milan on RyanAir) but the fact everytime I consider taking a domestic vacation and going west or something, the prices to fly from TO to Vancouver are nearly the same if not the same as flying to Europe. So I go there instead. Sure, airlines like Flair maybe make it a little more attainable, but given their reputation of cancellations and after booking carry on and a seat, I just rather go to Europe.
I think you would be better spent just make the full trip in one go. Going to take you about 9 hours with a stop. Take a few extra stops and do it in 10/11 and have a good sleep, then enjoy and extra full day in New York.
I just remember when you go to milestones, it doesn't count record breaking if it's done in the same year, but with 2 different teams. Doesn't know how to add up stats from the same year, but on different lines.
Ha during covid when they said no snacks, I would bring my own and some Karen started bitching at me. Guy behind her told her to shut the fuck up cause if "we get tossed for snacks, I'm going to throw them in your face". Right away I was like, Woah, we? Turns out he had also brought his own drink and popcorn lol
Try and report back, for science of course.
